  • Ownership of Design System: Define and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the platform as features evolve and expand.
  • Craft Immersive Experiences: Design seamless, user-friendly interactions for immersive experiences on VR/AR platforms while ensuring they translate effectively to 2D environments.
  • UI/UX Mastery: Deliver polished user interfaces and user flows that enhance platform usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align designs with user needs, product goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Iterative Design Process: Leverage user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize designs.
  • Platform Versatility: Design for a variety of devices, including VR headsets, PCs, tablets, and mobile devices, ensuring a cohesive and adaptable user experience across platforms.
  • Requirements:Experience: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for XR (AR/VR) and multi-platform products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent, with experience in 3D design tools (e.

  • Design Systems Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create and manage a robust design system for a growing platform.
  • 2D and 3D Design Acumen: Proven experience designing elements that seamlessly adapt between 2D screens and 3D immersive environments.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, implementation, and iteration.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • User-Centric Approach: Passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences tailored to diverse user needs and contexts.
  • Nice to haves:Experience designing for SaaS or B2B products.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR development tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
  • Background in interactive 3D or game design.
  • Knowledge of the principles of Product-Led Growth (PLG).
