O que você irá fazer

  • Workforce management is a crucial, cross-functional team that interacts with various departments across the organization.
  • We are expanding and excited to welcome you to our team.
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities :Resource Staffing for Project Acquisition and Delivery :Collaborate with People Development Managers, Project Managers, and Market Leads.
  • Address and moderate conflicting resource requests.
  • Manage Subcontractor Relationships :Identify and assign the appropriate resources.
  • Handle onboarding, contracts, and invoicing processes.
  • Monitor Performance :Track resource utilization and performance metrics.
  • Capacity Planning :Develop long-term plans that balance revenue goals with available capacity.
  • Manage the balance between hiring and attrition.
  • Ensure the right seniority and skills mix within the team.
  • Your Profile :Strong understanding of the skills and competencies of team members across the Americas region.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with People Development Managers to enhance team skills.
  • Experience working with Market Leads and Project Managers to understand business constraints.
  • Capability to define strategic staffing needs and plan capacity accordingly.
  • A problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision.
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools.
  • Team-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
