O que você irá fazer

  • The Workforce Intelligence team extracts and analyzes data from multiple HR systems to enable actionable insights throughout Kimberly Clark.
  • As a **Workforce Intelligence Specialist**, you will be responsible for driving research and analysis across HR with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (IE&D) projects and data.
  • You will **support business and HR leaders** by providing data analysis and insights.
  • This information will influence business decisions and strategy as well as steering, regional and local HR and business strategies.

  • Providing statistical and analytical reporting support to Global IE&D leaders throughout Kimberly Clark.
  • Create, modify, and execute both standard and ad hoc reports capturing all aspects of the HR workspace to give Kimberly Clark a competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • - Lead or participate in projects that aid in improving the employee experience for various product divisions that have very different analytical needs, including assistance with special reporting projects (data manipulation, data modeling, dashboard development, etc.

  • - Support Global Human Resources strategic initiatives by collecting and consolidating data, performing statistical analysis, and summarizing/ reporting results and key trends.
  • **Provide reporting, research, and detailed analysis in order to**:- Identify workforce trends and provide actionable levers to achieve more positive future outcomes- Act as a data and information expert, meeting stakeholder needs by providing timely and accurate analysis and visualizations.
  • - Monitor, track and record and communicate key developments in the **IE&D space within Kimberly Clark** ie: key people moves and company updates- Report on internal labor market trends, hiring, terminations, internal movement**What you need**:- Bachelor''s degree/specialized training/relevant professional qualification- 3-5 years of prior relevant experience in Human Resources reporting and analytics.
