  • The core of our automation solution is a document automation tool that facilitates the creation of fact sheets, term sheets and similar documents which describe the products.
  • We are looking to hire developers and financial experts to work with this core automation solution.
  • What were looking for Knowledge of financial topics or an interest in markets and a deep interest in tech and coding.
  • Strong knowledge of coding best practices (including QA and releases), and an inclination to learn about financial markets, particularly in the structured products industry.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript required, knowledge of PHP a plus.
  • Demonstrated passion for process enhancement with demonstrated experience improving and/or documenting existing ways of working.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, high level of organization, ability to learn quickly, ability to translate complex ideas into clear explanations, high level of diligence, excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Prior experience with or an existing understanding of workflow/process automation tools, BPM platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL, or similar platforms a plus.
  • Key Responsibilities Partner with clients (global investment banks) to understand current-state processes, pain points, and strategic goals.
  • Document and analyze complex workflows across front, middle, and back-office functions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to drive the design and build of workflow automation tools.
  • Support UAT and client testing processes, including test case development, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and quantify ROI for proposed workflow changes.
  • Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and contribute to roadmap prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Prepare client-facing documentation including business cases, solution proposals, and onboarding guides.
