O que você irá fazer

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, and play a key role in optimizing HR operations through reporting, automation, and integration.
  • This role requires fluency in both Portuguese and English .
  • Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications within Workday HCM.
  • Support the configuration and implementation of new or updated Workday features to meet business goals.
  • Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure that system changes function correctly and do not impact existing processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and track key HR metrics.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Workday end users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices in HR operations.
  • Support data integrity, system security, and compliance initiatives as required.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience working with Workday HCM , including: Reporting and Dashboards Talent Management Advanced Compensation Integrations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a global HR systems role is a plus.
