  • What will you be doing at Banvit BRF? Assure the accuracy, existence, and completeness of spare-parts stored in the warehouses through regular controls and checks Organize the warehouse environment by leading a team and ensuring sustainability within spare-part management processes Set up a team by selecting individuals who best meet technical and behavioral requirements, respecting your budget, approved headcount, and current policy Handle promotions, merits, and replacements within your team Manage consequence plans to correct behavioral deviations and/or improve performance, applying disciplinary measures or developing recovery plans to reverse potential terminations Periodically report to the Internal Control Manager regarding regular and irregular activities within the warehouse Identify and provide guidance on maintenance needs of the physical structure of spare parts warehouse Receive guidance from leadership on executing new responsibilities, non-standard tasks, or resolving complex/unusual problems Ensure legal compliance of the Warehouse for internal, external, and customer audits, as well as Health and Safety standards What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelors degree in business administration or a related area (advanced degree is a plus) Min.
