O que você irá fazer

  • Our hotels offer 434 stylish rooms, two restaurants, bars, a coffee lounge, a gym, a swimming pool, free outdoor and indoor parking facilities, five fully equipped meeting rooms, and a ballroom with a capacity of up to 1,000 guests.
  • Job Description You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience.
  • Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our offerings make guests feel unique and valued.
  • What you will be doing: Welcoming guests, presenting menus, offering recommendations, taking orders, handling payments.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service.
  • Ensuring bar stocks are replenished and checked regularly.
  • Maintaining proper inventory, replacing expired items, organizing the bar pantry, and coordinating with the Purchasing team for requisitions with the bartender.
  • Preparing alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for guests in bars, if needed.
  • Proactively complying with all regulations, especially for alcohol licensing and food safety.
  • Assisting other Food & Beverage outlets during peak hours if necessary.
  • Qualifications Service-oriented personality is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a bar is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
  • Educational background in hospitality is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of other international languages is a plus.
