  • Required Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Unity development, with robust experience using Unity 2022 LTS and C# Proven, in-depth VR development experience, with a portfolio of fully realized immersive applications Proven expertise in crafting custom wrappers for third-party pluginsincluding native C# DLLsensuring smooth integration Extensive experience with Photon Unity Networking for implementing multiplayer and voice communication Strong background in external API integration using standard HTTP for REST calls and TCP websockets for real-time communications Demonstrated experience integrating AI, specifically ChatGPT, to power natural voice interactions Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication in English Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of an advanced VR simulation platform Harness Unity 2022 LTS and cutting-edge C# practices to build a robust, high-performance VR experience Implement and optimize multiplayer and voice functionalities using Photon Unity Networking Develop and maintain custom wrappers for third-party plugins, ensuring compatibility with legacy systems (i.
