O que você irá fazer

  • We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies.
  • We also provide Specialty consulting services including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, disability/absence management strategies and claims audit services.
  • Product based solutions such as our pharmacy purchasing coalition round out our broad-based suite of offerings.
  • The RoleThis role will support our efforts to grow voluntary insurance consulting opportunities in the Midwest region of the US.
  • The position will be a subject matter expert role focused on new business sales; marketing; voluntary benefit products; service design and ongoing management of WTW clients.
  • This will require execution of a growth/sales strategy, including the on-going refinement of the product strategy.
  • Key operational activities are developing / architecting the infrastructure to support client delivery, including training of H&B consultants, internal cross-LOB collaboration, and coordination with external partners/carriers.
  • Performance Objectives:ClientsLead and manage multiple client engagementsDrives Voluntary Benefits insurance consulting sales and marketing efforts for regionLeads the development of optimum project and expansion solutions for the clientCreates client specific business plans to ensure growth, retention and expansion goals are metServe as senior level escalation point for client and operational issues and drive solutionsExcellenceCoordinate with VB Operations team to ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations and professional excellence standardsEnsure quality of deliverables and enforcement of critical deadlines through effective communicationFinancialNegotiates with client/carrier for the efficient delivery of services as profitable fee or commission levelsEnsures full scope of services are priced appropriately for client expansion opportunitiesMaintains and manages client profitabilityPeopleMentors and provides feedback internally to other team membersFacilitates communication between client and service teamsBuild relationships with internal and external resourcesParticipate in interim and annual performance management processQualificationsThe Requirements10+ years experience and success in the design/management of large group voluntary benefit plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment; prior experience in underwriting or in an actuarial function gained in a carrier environment preferredProven ability to generate revenueTrack record of success in managing large client relationshipsExperience in managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budgetProven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challengesAn executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skillsSuperior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organizationInterest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in health and welfare plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approachesAvailability to travel 20-30% based on seasonal business developmentBachelors degree requiredHold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtainCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
  • Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
  • CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $170,000 to $190,000 USD per year.
  • The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
