  • ****Job Type**: Contract**Schedule**: Flexible**Key Responsibilities**:- Edit and produce compelling video content (both short and long-form) for various platforms (YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram Reels, etc.
  • ).
  • - Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with marketing goals, creative vision, and brand identity.
  • - Stay updated on the latest content and social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • - Utilize video editing software and other tools to take raw footage and enhance visual appeal, optimize quality, and incorporate sound design and special effects.
  • - Watch example videos from clients/potential clients, learn pacing and creative styles, and replicate these styles in editing.
  • - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos while maintaining attention to detail.
  • **Qualifications**:- 1+ years of Video Editing with experience and knowledge of social media formatting.
  • - Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in developing content for social media.
  • Professional experience is not required and personal projects are A-OK!- Strong editing fundamentals is a _must_.
  • - A desire and willingness to lear.
  • Were constantly experimenting with formats and methods, and we would love it if this opportunity helped sharpen your skills.
  • Keeping up with new initiatives and creative ideas is very important to this role.
  • - Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere and/or DaVinci Resolve is preferred but not required.
  • - Knowledge of sound design basics: bedding music, adding effects, basic EQ/mixing, synchronization and dynamics, etc.
  • - In-depth knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other popular media platforms.
  • - Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • - Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced projects with firm deadlines.
  • - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • - Familiarity with tabletop roleplaying games (Dungeons & Dragons, Tormenta, etc.
  • ) is _strongly_ preferred.
