  • As a video editor, youll work with the education team and collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative colleagues globally, in Brazil, US, and Israel.

  • Our Florianópolis office is currently on a hybrid office model with a 3:2 schedule.

  • _**WHAT YOULL DO**- Define, design, and edit innovative and engaging videos for education channels, marketing campaigns, and in-product tutorials.
  • - Establish a creative and video vision for the education domain by teaming up with learning experts, content writers, product managers, and fellow designers.
  • - Own the video editing and motion design process from initial creative concepts and storyboards to high-end video assets and contribute to the development of the brand and creative concepts.
  • - Create and maintain an asset library and use it to implement the companys design language across multiple video and graphical assets.
  • **WHAT YOULL ADD TO DUDA**- Minimum 3 years experience as a Video editor and Motion Designer in a tech company or an advertising agency/post-production studio.
  • - A creative storyteller who shapes beautiful frames and brings them to life through video.
  • - A strong sense of design, composition, typography, and color and a keen eye for details.
  • - Highly proficient with video editing and motion design tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
  • - A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English.
  • - Always at the forefront of visual trends and constantly advancing your skills.
  • - Mindful of how to strike a balance between creative and business needs.
  • - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Knowledge of Figma (advantage).
  • - Knowledge of operating camera equipment, lighting, sound, etc.
