  • Ready to Press Play on Potential? About the Role This role is a crucial part of our Operations teams, supporting multiple verticals but most notably Customer Success.
  • The Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing and evolving partnerships with existing and new BPOs (Business Process Outsourcers).
  • The goal is to leverage global partnership experience to drive local success, enhance contracting efficiency, ensure commercial competitiveness, oversee contractual performance, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • The Vendor Manager will work closely with Operations Managers handling daily BPO operations and will play a key role in ensuring contracted headcount delivery through our BPO partners.
  • What you will bring: Minimum 4 years of experience in BPO management roles; Proven experience in contracting management and P&L tracking; At least 2 years in customer support functions with expertise in BPO support services; Knowledge of workforce management and forecasting; Experience in BPO commercial negotiations and growth strategies; Ability to optimize BPO operational efficiency; Experience managing BPOs in a customer support environment.
  • Responsibilities: Manage and negotiate contract terms, including detailed clause discussions; Lead short-term forecasting and optimize headcount distribution across BPOs; Resolve escalations related to contractual clauses; Oversee bonus and penalty policies with monthly performance tracking; Utilize contracting and commercial strategies to drive stable and efficient operations, including designing performance-related clauses; Monitor BPO budget usage, providing insights for cost efficiency; Own forecasting accuracy and ensure 100% delivery of contracted services and headcount.
