Medical Affairs Manager, Oncology (dotted line to Ass Medical Director,Oncology, Brazil).
This professional will disseminate clinical information aboutGileads innovative products for cancer treatment to thought opinion leaders,academic institutions, healthcare professionals, and professional organizations.
PRINCIPLE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Deliver timely, accurate, and succinct clinical and scientific presentations tohealthcare professionals both proactively and in response to requests forinformation, consistent with promotional compliance, PhRMA guidelines, and ANVISAregulatory requirements.
Implement defined goals and objectives aligned with the Medical Affairs Plan ofAction and other strategic initiativesDevelop plans for cultivating and maintaining working relationships with existingand future thought leaders in an assigned geographic territoryParticipate in advisory boards, symposia, and educational programs, such asspeaker training sessions and clinical conferences when requiredCollaborate with colleagues across other functional areasSupport the development, deployment, and appropriate use of field tools andresources (e.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, including managingmultiple priorities and resources.
Skills to translate scientific expertise and knowledge to achieve the identifiedbusiness goals of the company.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Ability to travel 70% - 80% of the time (depending on the geographic area),occasionally with short notice.
