  • **Key Responsibilities**- Act as a strategic thought partner to the product, design and development teams.
  • - Lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products and solution- Own the end-to-end process for user research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, mockups, final design and implementation.
  • - Design complex navigation flows.
  • Turn functional requirements into simple user journeys.
  • - Establish and promote UX/UI design guidelines, best practices and standards based on user behavior.
  • - Works within the product team, reporting directly to the product owner**About You**- 3-5 years of UI/UX experience- Creativity and attention to details with hands-on experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI designer (portfolio required).
  • - Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Xd.
  • - Previous experience with B2B SaaS solutions is a plus (HRIS, Payroll, Tax or Payment Process companies will be preferred).
  • - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • - Have an understanding of font-end development and the implementation process (no coding required).
  • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • - Organized and meticulous attention to detail.
  • - Excellent collaboration, communication skills in English.
