  • As UA Lead, youll own paid media strategy across games, shaping launch and scale cycles alongside Creative and Product leadership.

  • ) and incentivized channels Propose, allocate, and pace multi-title UA budgets Collaborate cross-functionally to move fast on launches, scale bets, and creative iterations Build and mentor a growing UA team over time Define the vision for UA data visualization, cohort tracking, and creative testing insights Partner with our central data team on advanced projects like LTV modeling and incrementality analysis Lead core ad monetization tasks: blocking competitors, network onboarding, AB test identification and execution Leave behind operational excellence: processes, dashboards, playbooks, and a trained team Qualifications 4+ years in performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally with ad-monetized games experience Deep familiarity with in-app ad networks and SKAN ecosystem nuances Hands-on experience setting up and scaling apps via MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava) Strong analytical chopsyou live in cohorts, payback curves, and ROAS models Clear communicator who can work with some PST hours overlap Why WildCard?
