O que você irá fazer

  • This role must focus on the simplest system that delivers the objective without over-engineering or boxed-in solutions.
  • It must consider optimal workflows to enable the content teams to utilize the system at scale.
  • It''s necessary to think about operations once the system is live with observability through telemetry and logging.
  • This person must be a full stack developer who can create functional gray-box UI/UX with client and server functional implementation, with consideration of back-end processing and storage.
  • Responsibilities: Create and implement original content for games, including mods, maps, assets and gameplay mechanics.
  • Design challenging and balanced levels that provide memorable experiences for players.
  • Adjust and refine game mechanics to ensure fluidity.
  • Work with UGC creation tools and modding platforms.
  • Collaborate with artists, programmers and designers to integrate new content into the game.
  • Be up-to-date on UGC game trends and design best practices.
  • Requirements: Experience in creating mods, levels or customized content for games.
  • Knowledge of modding tools and graphics engines such as Unreal Engine, Unity, Roblox Studio, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of Game Design, Level Design and gameplay balancing.
  • Ability to create layouts, game flows and basic scripts for in-game interactions.
  • Ability to work creatively and autonomously.
  • Portfolio with examples of content created for games.
  • Differentials: Experience with scripting languages such as Lua, Python, or Blueprints.
  • Active participation in modding and UGC creation communities.
