O que você irá fazer

  • The role involves supporting factories and end users through ticket handling, training, and regular meetings to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of the engineering platform.
  • Assist factories and end users by handling tickets, providing training, and understanding their requirements through regular meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Team to discuss and analyze Technical Standards.
  • Work with programmers by specifying requirements, supporting implementation, and verifying completed work.
  • Develop test cases to ensure the quality of the engineering platform and lead test sessions with end users.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
  • Your BackgroundDegree in Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of transformers and related product portfolios.
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, including drawings (e.

  • Proficiency with Office 365 tools, especially Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Understanding of software development processes and agile frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently towards set goals.
  • Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively in teams and providing constructive feedback.
