O que você irá fazer

  • This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution for telecom products and services.
  • Responsibilities:Develop and implement trade marketing plans for product launches, campaigns, and promotions across retail outlets and telecom partners.
  • Coordinate point-of-sale (POS) materials and ensure proper brand execution at the store level.
  • Analyze sales and market data to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with the Sales team to develop in-store activation strategies and promotional mechanics.
  • Manage merchandising agencies to ensure consistent presence and execution across the field.
  • Monitor competitor activities in trade channels and suggest tactical responses.
  • Create training materials and support Sales Enablement for field staff, promoters, and retail partners.
  • Track and manage trade marketing budget to ensure ROI on initiatives.
  • Support channel partners with tools and collateral to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and coordinate events, roadshows, and brand visibility campaigns at points-of-sale.
  • Minimum Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in telecom, FMCG, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing third-party agencies and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel to field locations and retail sites.
