O que você irá fazer

  • It works together with bottlers to identify development opportunities.
  • Drive Go to Market channel plans, covering field marketing execution and trade marketing activities.
  • Deploy Monster priorities, KPIs and resource allocations.
  • Essential Job Functions The person in this role will manage relationships with the bottler's account managers and negotiation with the customer.
  • Develop commercial business plans for growth of key account KPIs: Share, SOVI, Volume, Coolers, Price Compliance, IPS, VPO.
  • Visit stores to monitor the correct execution of the market: FDS and follow-up of the client's business plan.
  • Analyze and monitor channel performance indicators (Nielsen, Power BI) and other tools provided by the company in order to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Train the bottlers merchandising team according to the execution guidelines agreed by Monster together with Bottler.
  • Position Requirements Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration or related field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in retail, wholesaler or distributor sales environment.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advance user of Microsoft Office.
