O que você irá fazer

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Pandora Brasil team.
  • The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and developing an assigned territory in Emerging Markets to achieve sales and KPI targets, maintain brand standards, and deliver the highest levels of customer service.
  • The Territory Manager supports all Owned and Operated stores and third-party-owned store classes, including franchised concept stores and multi-brand stores (shop-in-shop, gold, silver, and white stores).
  • Your Role as a Territory Manager:Set and achieve short and long-range forecasts and goals for the territory.
  • Ensure sales and KPI goals, budgets, objectives for each store in the territory and communicate this to store managers and franchisees/dealers.
  • Develop individual action plans for each store to meet stated goals/KPIs.
  • Track retail efforts and measure compliance and results for each store.
  • Meet regularly with franchisees, dealers, and store management/staff to review results, provide training, and develop plans to achieve goals.
  • Utilize KPI and Pandora Listens programs for ongoing feedback and improvement.
  • Coach partners and store staff in the Pandora conversation, product knowledge, company background, and LINK tools, ensuring training objectives are met.
  • Review weekly newsletters, marketing campaigns, and their implementation.
  • Prospect for, propose, and open new stores/accounts within the development process.
  • Upgrade stores to higher classes to improve brand image and sales potential.
  • Monitor and help manage inventory levels at each store to optimize sell-in and sell-out.
  • Report on each store and the overall territory with accurate data and organization.
  • Collect retail sell-in and sell-out data and report to Corporate.
  • Assess and report on dealer compliance.
  • Create, implement, and monitor corrective action plans.
  • Evaluate dealers and collaborate with the Regional Manager to optimize the network, including closing, upgrading, and opening accounts to maximize sales potential.
  • What is needed to succeed:Proven experience in retail (Jewelry, Luxury Goods, Fashion, or Gift industry preferred).
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with multi-account experience.
  • Highly confident, self-assured individual capable of working autonomously.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of retail operations principles and their application.
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work well with all management levels, build partnerships, and lead teams.
  • Self-motivated and driven toward achieving long-term goals.
  • Ability to meet tight and aggressive deadlines and goals.
  • Travel required: 70% - 75%.
