O que você irá fazer

  • In this role, you will develop our relationship in the telco industry and customers.
  • Your focus will be on positioning and cross-selling Red Hats offerings as you expand our accounts with key customers.
  • You''ll need to have an excellent combination of customer-facing sales skills and in-depth technical knowledge of enterprise software, mainly middleware offerings.

  • What you will do:- Work closely with regional and global telco teams as well as local Services teams to identify key projects to sell Red Hats solutions- Manage the account planing process and carry out strategic plans- Attain the trust of senior IT and business executives of key accounts and create long-term partnerships with customers- Develop new product strategies within key accounts to establish proofs of concepts and pilot implementations- Work closely with product teams, product engineering, professional services, and product support to ensure excellent customer experience with Red Hats offeringsWhat you will bring:- 8+ years of field sales experience, focused on strategic telco accounts with solid experience selling software solutions- Background in delivering complex customer solutions in a rapidly evolving technology domain- Proven record of working closely with customers to produce solutions that exceed their business expectations- Experience in consultative customer engagement with either a major enterprise software company or in the sales division of an enterprise software reseller- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills- Fluent language skills in English- Solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services- Ability to work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers- Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skillsLI-JR1
