O que você irá fazer

  • Main Duties and Responsibilities Implement health and safety standards and norms according to global guidelines and national regulations (legislation / NR).
  • Conduct risk assessments, environmental impact studies, and implement control measures at branch locations.
  • Perform workplace inspections at branches, warehouses, and with subcontractors, including emergency response training and drills.
  • Investigate accidents, prepare reports, and develop accident prevention programs for HR.
  • Implement corrective actions following accidents and near misses, audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Gather suggestions to improve Safety, Health, and Environment performance.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and train employees in HSE as defined by the HSE Manager & HR Department.
  • Launch awareness campaigns on Health and Safety at Work and communicate with employees alongside HR.
  • Requirements: Technical Degree in Health and Safety at Work.
  • Technical knowledge of Health and Safety implementation and infrastructure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Brazilian Health and Safety legislation.
  • Ability to engage in constructive discussions.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend practical, quick solutions.
  • Good communication skills across different cultures.
  • Teamwork ability.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Health and Safety Technician.
  • Desirable: Internal Auditor - OHSAS 18001.
