SummaryAs a Technical Writer to join Latitude.
Sh, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving our platform documentation.
Your work will directly impact developer experience, customer adoption, and support efficiency.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for all platform and API documentation matters, always focusing on accuracy, clarity, and technical depth.
Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation about our Platform and APITranslate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences, including developers, end-users, and platform administratorsCollaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to create best-in-class technical guides that align with our product roadmap and developer needsChampion developer experience best practices, staying current on the newest trends and technologies to keep our docs relevant and comprehensiveWork closely with the development team, participating in weekly meetings and technical discussions to stay aligned with the development progress and upcoming releasesEstablish and enforce technical content standards, maintaining a clear and consistent voice across all pages and formatsSkills and Qualifications3+ years of experience as a technical writer, preferably in SaaS, PaaS, and/or IaaS platformsExperience with documentation for platforms, APIs, software development kits (SDKs), and technical systemsFamiliarity with diagramming tools and visual documentation techniques for products and processesPractical knowledge of cloud computing, infrastructure as a service, networking technologies, and bare metal serversExcellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational skills and attention to detailA proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teamsProficiency in Markdown, HTML, and technical documentation systems is a plusExperience with Git-based workflows and documentation-as-code approaches is preferredWhat do we offer?Paid Time OffCompetitive CompensationWork Anniversary bonusWellhub (former Gympass)Sulamérica Health Care InsuranceAnnual Bonus based on company and team performanceFlexible work hoursWhy Latitude.
