O que você irá fazer

  • Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Act as the lead technical interface for customers, owning wind resource assessment, layout optimization, loads analysis, and compliance studies.
  • Pre-Sales & Bid Support: Develop high-quality technical proposals (RFP/RFQ responses), ensuring alignment with customer specs, grid codes, and certification requirements.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, lenders, independent engineers, and insurers to facilitate project approvals.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify technical risks, secure internal approvals, and ensure solutions adhere to regional regulations (e.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Mobilize internal teams (engineering, logistics, O&M) to deliver executable, cost-effective solutions for prioritized bids.
  • Market Intelligence: Translate customer needs into actionable product/solution requirements, documenting technical scopes for contracts (DOR, term sheets).
  • Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Renewable Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field 5+ years in wind energy, with deep knowledge of turbine systems, BESS, hybrid plants, BOP, and grid compliance.
  • Experience in WRA (Wind Resource Assessment), layout design, and technical due diligence.
  • Proven track record in ITO (Inquiry-to-Order) processes, proposal development, and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
