O que você irá fazer

  • About the RoleWe are looking for an Agronomy Sales Engineer to support the sales cycle by providing agronomic expertise, industry knowledge, and product insights.
  • In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to consult on the sales pipeline, illustrate product capabilities, and support due diligence to properly qualify and close deals.
  • What You''ll Be Doing:Support the sales team with agronomic and technological expertise throughout the sales process and customer interactions.
  • Research and analyze Agmatix''s target audiences to tailor agronomic value propositions for different customer segments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Facilitate proof of concept (POC) processes in collaboration with account executives.
  • Provide post-sales support while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
  • Assist in the qualification and validation of sales opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, industry drivers, and emerging technologies, assessing competitors and market positioning to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and agronomy experts to enhance knowledge, professionalism, and understanding of product capabilities.

  • in Agriculture, preferably in plant protection, AgriTech, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes with strong business acumen.
  • Experience working with spatial, statistical, and analytical data across different agricultural research domains.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital systems and new technologies.
  • A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • Startup experience or a startup mindset is a plus.
