O que você irá fazer

  • In this role, you will be responsible for technical support through installation, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of machines and equipment in Latin America.
  • Your Responsibilities: Install and test all equipment sold in Latin America.
  • Identify opportunities and execute sales of parts, spare parts, updates, and upgrades of machines served.
  • Train the customer base on the best use of machines and operational functions in general.
  • Provide on-site and/or remote support services to customers who have questions or problems using already installed equipment.
  • Carry out maintenance, cleaning, and calibration services for equipment and peripherals.
  • Prospect service opportunities for new customers and increase the customer base served.
  • Manage regional customer portfolio.
  • Your Profile: Mechanical, electrical - electronics or similar technician English or Spanish languages are a plus Equipment maintenance and calibration Benefits: SIP Bonus - according to company policy Meal voucher - BRL 31.
