  • About the roleWe are looking for aTechnical Sales Engineerto collaborate directly with our sales team, playing a key role in driving success with both new and existing customers.
  • You will be responsible for understanding and responding to our customers'' pre/post-sales needs, accelerating the time to onboard new clients and scaling the function for long-term success.
  • As a Sales Engineer at Teramind, you''ll demonstrate technical expertise through sales presentations, product demos, and technical evaluations.
  • Youll help qualify opportunities, provide solutions and influence product features based on market feedback.
  • If you''re a tech-savvy professional who enjoys tackling complex systems, this role is for you!Day-to-day duties (but not limited to):Become an expert in Teraminds products and develop a thorough understanding of our product technology by troubleshooting, reproducing issues, determining the root cause for customer-reported challenges and building tools for faster diagnosis and future problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Teramind team to provide technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations.
  • Create and communicate system design and integration strategies.
  • Assist with proper deployment of solutions in customer environments.
  • Design, manage, and deliver high-quality technical proofs of value (POVs) for prospective customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Proactively engage with customers and Teramind internal teams regarding product feedback, roadmap requests, and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate notes/feedback/updates in CRM (HubSpot) regarding customer input, status updates, next steps, etc.
  • This role will require the ability to articulate both the technical advantages and the value proposition of Teraminds solutions.
  • Participate in proposal reviews and coordinate with various internal teams to ensure all business unit goals are addressed in our proposals.
  • Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B softwarecybersecurity and/or workforce management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Docker and PostgreSQL.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
