  • Key Responsibilities: Source & Identify Talent: Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify and reach top tech professionals.
  • Conduct Interviews: Host face-to-face interviews on Zoom to assess technical qualifications, English fluency, and cultural fit.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and upcoming technical roles.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand client job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates and build relationships over time.

  • tech labor trends, job market dynamics, and sourcing tools Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records in ATS or CRM systems, ensuring seamless reporting and handoff to recruiters Qualifications: 13+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally for technical positions in the U.
