O que você irá fazer

  • We are a profitable, bootstrapped company operating in Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East, with 50+ financial institutions, including major banks, trusting us through long-term contracts.
  • We are looking for a proactive and versatile Technical Project Manager to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in Open Finance, API Banking, and regulatory technology who want to grow within the evolving financial ecosystem and global team.
  • ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients in Brazil, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
  • Define and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate between the Business Analysts, development team, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs while ensuring seamless integration and delivery of agreed changes.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Manage project risks, identify potential roadblocks, and drive solutions proactively.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, progress updates, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, sprint planning, and continuous delivery best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans for developers.
  • Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Requirements5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in fintech or software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including offshore developers and business analysts.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong technical background in software development, and API integrations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to create clear, structured documentation for business and technical teams.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
