  • What youll doProvide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutionsIdentify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the teams ability to deliver against their commitmentsCommunicate project status to all stakeholdersMaintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and ProductRaise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plansChallenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data-driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadershipBe constantly challenged to create world-class solutionsWhat youll needUniversity degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus)Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)Ability to understand technical issues at a high levelProven experience with Agile projectsAbility to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time-sensitive work environmentMore about youYou have an agile mindset and like to ensure qualityYoure motivated by building solutionsYoure creative when solving problems and are continuously seeking improvements for processesYou can communicate clearlyExperience with Agile methodologies (e.
