O que você irá fazer

  • Manage the lifecycle of IP/MPLS network elements (PE, P, CE routers) with a focus on Cisco equipment (ASR, NCS, Catalyst, etc.
  • ).
  • Work closely with RAN, Core, and Transmission teams to ensure seamless IP transport.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues impacting SLA.
  • Coordinate and lead troubleshooting of escalated incidents and network outages.
  • Develop and enforce network policies, standards, and documentation.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, especially with Cisco TAC and technical account teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Cisco certification required (CCNP Service Provider or CCIE preferred) .
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network engineering, ideally in telecom or ISP environments.
  • Deep understanding of protocols and technologies: MPLS, Segment Routing, OSPF, BGP, LDP, RSVP-TE, QoS, IPsec, VRF .
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IPRAN or transport networks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Capable of solving complex problems and performing well under pressure.
