  • **The Work Youll Do**:Experienced in modern web development, the Technical Lead demonstrates full-stack skills, are excited by an opportunity to evolve technology, and passionate about mentoring and developing up-and-coming developers.
  • The Technical Lead role is a blend of senior-level technical skills combined with the opportunity to lead a group of developers, while contributing to product design and architecture.
  • - More specifically, you will:_- Serve as a technical mentor and coach to other software engineer- Lead and elevate performance of software development teams including direct reports- Build a collaborative partnership with our Product Management team- Champion a culture of code quality and continual learning and growth throughout the department- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality- Define & maintain design specifications and standards as well as coach others in adopting them- Integrate technology, process, test and business practices**What We Need From You**:- Minimum of 7 years of work experience- Experience leading or mentoring a group or team- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment- Skilled in software/systems architecture- Expert in service-oriented design principles (design patterns, REST).
