  • What you'll doAs a Technical HR Analyst, you will leverage technology and data to enhance HR processes and support our people operations.
  • You will work closely with HR systems, automate workflows, and use data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Your role involves improving the efficiency of HR functions by implementing and managing automation solutions, generating insightful reports, and ensuring that all HR technologies are optimized for accuracy and scalability.
  • ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline HR processes, such as employee onboarding, performance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze workforce metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for HR strategy.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support data-driven decision-making, including forecasting workforce needs and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within HR systems, working closely with IT or external vendors as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy across all HR systems, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  • RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
