O que você irá fazer

  • We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.
  • Partner with the bestAs a Technical Account Engineer, you''ll play a vital role with our customers.
  • Providing technical support to the installed base of Aero derivative Gas Turbines, carrying out Root Cause Analysis of major failures and contributing to the continuous improvement of LM and PGT Gas Turbine families.
  • As a Product Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:Supporting Baker Hughes Technical Experts in issues resolution through interaction with Specific Customer, data collection, and relevant information gathering.
  • Leading Root Cause Analysis, cooperating with laboratories (metallurgical analysis, oil analysis), design departments and data scientists.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary Engineering Teams to expedite issues resolution and investigation completion, assuring a proactive approach in line with the Customer''s expectations.
  • Cooperating with Remote Monitoring Centers to fully leverage data and analytics to support the fleet.
  • Working in close cooperation with Service Technology and Contractual Service teams to manage customer technical issues minimizing impact on customer production and preserving engines integrity.
  • Communicating effectively to internal and external customers solution of cases and results of investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a MSC in Engineering, ideally Mechanical, Control or others.
  • Have a deep knowledge and experience with Aero derivative Gas Turbines.
  • Be conversant with Root Cause Analysis of Rotating Equipment Components and Systems.
  • Demonstrate experience on main turbomachinery technical disciplines, both for flange to flange and auxiliaries.
  • Have a working knowledge of data analysis techniques.
  • Have a good analytical mindset.
  • Be able to speak English and Portuguese both fluent.
