O que você irá fazer

  • In 2023 we started our South America operation, and we are looking for talented and engaged professionals who want to embark on this journey with us.
  • Responsibilities and assignmentsResponsibilities: Run the entire recruitment cycle in the Tech areas, working with positions as Devs (Back End, Front End, Full Stack), Cyber Security Analyst, Data Engineer, Test Analyst, Program Manager, Product Manager, Software Embedded Engineer, Solution Architect, Software Cloud Architect, Site Reliability Engineer (SDR), Release Train Engineer (RTE), UX/UI, etc; Manage multiple senior job openings effectively and efficiently; Active and passive hunting of professionals; Interface confidently and professionally with internal clients; Conduct interviews in English and evaluate the proficiency of the candidate; Follow-up of the entire candidate's journey during the selection process; Provide feedback to the candidates and Hiring Managers; Offer meetings; Organize the hiring process (documentation, medical exams, benefits, etc); Organize the onboarding process; Acting as Business Partner inside the Tech area; Monitoring the experience period with the Managers; Conduct performance evaluations and termination interviews.
  • Requirements and qualificationsTechnical Qualifications: Desirable + 3 years of experience as Tech Recruiter; Previous experience with ATS and LinkedIn; Advanced or fluent English.
  • Education: Bachelors in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or Technology; Tech Recruiting courses/certifications.
