O que você irá fazer

  • As a Product Manager you will: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements, to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Work closely with product owners and the development team to prioritize and execute product enhancements and new feature development, using agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product features and functionality.
  • Identify dependencies in cross-functional projects, communicate impediments, and understand how features affect internal users and customer responses to new functionalities.
  • Elicit and document requirements, collaborating with designers to create wireframes, mockups, etc.
  • Requirements 5+ years of product management experience in the sports betting or gaming industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products and driving business growth.
  • Good understanding of sports betting products and platforms, including knowledge of the betting industry and risk management.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships.
  • Passion for innovation and technology, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluent or advanced level in English, both oral and written.
