  • Excited about the possibilities? So are we!**The Work Youll Do**:Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, the Business Development Representative Manager role is critical to our sales and marketing operations and to the company as a whole.
  • - What will you specifically do when you start?_**Responsibilities**:- Train and manage a high performing Business Development team to meet goals and objectives.
  • - Managing and following up on marketing campaigns to qualify and develop opportunities for the sales pipeline.
  • - Act as a mentor and coach to the Business Development Representatives, while maintaining a positive and motivational work environment.
  • - Participate in building sales processes; inbound and outbound call processes; creating and deciding on line of business alignment, compensation plans, business development rep hiring, and career progression to achieve expected performance.
  • - Developing sales tools and providing training to enable the business development team to be effective in the qualification process and understanding of the sales process.
  • - Incorporating and leveraging social media tools and techniques in the qualification and selling processes.
  • - Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • - Monitor performance to goals and ensure accountability within the business development team.
  • - Develop, execute and orchestrate gamification techniques to incent/motivate business development team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • - Ensure compliance with sales methods and process across business development team.
  • - Monitor the quality and consistency of all sales processes, metrics and activities.
  • - Develop reporting to provide visibility of the teams performance to goal.
  • **What we are looking for from you**:- Strong track record of business development/management experience in software sales with documented results.
  • - Direct closing experience with documented results in the Saas field.
  • - Have proven experience managing business development reps which supports an inside enterprise sales organization.
  • - Strong hands-on coaching/training skills.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english- Ability to coach and train reps with limited experience in a positive, effective manner, and are prepared to be promoted in 2-3 years.
  • - Process driven and strong analytical skills and metrics driven sales management.
  • - Ability to think outside the box and generate and implement new ideas.
  • - Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • - Experience in the enterprise software or supply chain industry a plus.
