  • Amazons Retail Team is looking for a dynamic and talented manager to achieve the business/operations goals for vendors in the Brazil marketplace.
  • The Team Lead Account Mgmt will be responsible for stablishing scalable and automatic programs for tier 2 vendors, also managing the team that will support those vendors.
  • Team Lead will also be responsible for driving projects and setting processes within their team and will be the key advocate for his/her category - building a world-class discovery and purchase experience for customers, expanding selection, and helping to define, shape and execute long-term strategic initiatives.
  • They will work with various stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization both locally and internationally.
  • Core Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of 3+ account managers to deliver results against a set of ambitious goals.
  • - Lead sales and business development conversations with Vendor accounts.
  • - Build scalable and automate processes to enable Massive Account Management- Define ambitious plans and see them through to tangible results- Identify new, innovative opportunities and translate these into tangible results- Solve complex problems using structured thinking and data driven insight- Operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing their efforts and their teams efforts- Influence individuals at all levels of the organization- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy- Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.
  • Masters Degree preferred; - Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets; - Excellent communication and presentation skills; - Work experience preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising or retail; - History of exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
