O que você irá fazer

  • As a Tax Compliance Analyst you'll be responsible for handling all WHT routines in Brazil (INSS, ISS, IRRF, CSRF imposed upon service providers and imports of goods and services) in addition to validating invoices (checking if tax charges are correctly imputed), performing tax calculations upon cross-border money remittances, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for Brazilian tax account, and monthly accounting for tax compensation (derived from R&D and other tax credits), as well as support tax compliance team with their routines, when needed.

  • What you'll do Handle WHT routines in Brazil, such as INSS, ISS, IRRF, CSRF imposed upon goods and services imports; Daily validations of Brazilian entrance invoices in Oracle; Preparation of calculations and tax returns and payments related to withholding taxes in accordance with federal legislation in Synchro; Perform tax calculations upon cross-border transactions, especially, money remittances; Prepare tax journal entries and perform tax account reconciliations; Control brazilian tax credits compensations (PerdComp); Support the team in daily Tax necessities, such as Audits and tax compliance routines; Issue tax certificates (CND's), verifying expirations and ensure that they are negative; What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or related field; Proven experience in tax compliance monthly routine Knowledge of Brazilian Withholding taxation rules; Proficient in the use of Microsoft office with an emphasis in Excel; Experience with IT tax support systems such as Oracle and Synchro; Advanced English skills (written and spoken); Strong analytical profile, for developing reconciliations, analyzing results and accounting transactions.
  • Brazilian direct taxation knowledge (IRPJ/CSLL/Pis/Cofins).
