  • The OpportunityThe Senior Manager, Tax Accounting & Reporting, will oversee tax accounting, income tax provision, and tax reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting of income taxes under US GAAP/IFRS.
  • This role manages global tax accounting obligations, supports broader tax risk management, and provides guidance on transfer pricing compliance, requiring a strong technical background in tax accounting, financial reporting, and international tax principles.
  • Your ImpactLead preparation and review of the global income tax provision in line with ASC 740 and IFRS.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of deferred tax assets/liabilities, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal finance teams for tax provisions audits and disclosures.
  • Monitor changes in tax accounting standards and manage their impact on financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements, including country-by-country reporting (CbCR) and other disclosures.
  • Support the tax team in monitoring intercompany transactions and ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines.
  • Promote wellbeing by fostering a supportive work environment, encouraging work-life balance, and caring for colleagues wellbeing.
  • Who You AreBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
  • Tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or multinational corporation.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740, IFRS, US GAAP, and internal tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tax Software (e.

  • , OneSource) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with stakeholder management experience.
