O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
  • You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing company needs and job specifications.
  • Create and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
  • Source candidates using various methods, including Linkedin, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the sharedriver.
  • Facilitate offer processes, reference checks, and background screening.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Promote the companys brand as a great place to work.

  • Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English advanced level, able to have a clear conversation in-company.
  • 13 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with ATS software and sourcing tools (e.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
