  • What You''ll Do Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies with the support of the Talent Acquisition Manager to build talent pipelines for both experienced professionals and early-career candidates.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job profiles, and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Internship Program Support: Assist in structuring and executing the companys Internship Program , including university engagement and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional hiring journey by maintaining timely communication and transparency.
  • Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to provide strategic recommendations.
  • What You''ll Need 3+ years of experience in Recruiting , with a broad range of profiles and industries.
