O que você irá fazer

  • - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • - Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support decision-making.
  • - Develop creative and compelling job advertisements to enhance the employer brand.
  • - Assist in the preparation of offer letters and related documentation.
  • Collaboration- Collaborate with HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to talent acquisition processes and practices.
  • - Provide training and guidance to hiring teams on effective interviewing and selection techniques.
  • - Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to LYB policies and practices, and ethical standards.
  • Data Driven- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • - Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics and KPIs.

  • Qualifications**:- Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Analyst or in a similar role.
  • - English Fluent.
  • **Preferred Qualifications**:- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • - Familiarity with ATS SuccessFactors-SAP and other HR and Recruiting software.
  • - Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
