  • Role PurposeLRQAs Sustainability Consulting team specializes in helping clients to design and implement responsible sourcing programs, human rights due diligence programs and sustainability / ESG strategies in their supply chains.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate professional to join our team and support clients to address their most pressing sustainability and supply chain challenges.
  • This role will require an investigative and curious mindset and an individual who can approach social and environmental due diligence and risk management from a strategic, problem-solving angle.
  • We are looking for individuals who can critically assess situations to identify risks and challenges for our clients as well as develop innovative solutions.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior staff on the delivery of consulting engagements and project management by engaging with clients, conducting research, information analysis and synthesis to address clients needs.
  • Contribution to written client deliverables: reports, presentations.
  • Communication on and presentation of deliverables to clients.
  • Product and service development: support on standardization and development of LRQA products across the sustainability and supply chain services.
  • Business development: support on proposals, networking and profiling of LRQA to help the team to secure new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements:3-5 years of consulting experience in sustainability and/or responsible sourcing strategy / business and human rights.
  • Knowledge of the sustainability business environment and due diligence trends.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to work in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and problem-solver.
