  • Responsibilities Develop, integrate, and provide account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning, which includes replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions.
  • Assist in improving the accuracy of demand forecasting for internal and external clients, including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts.
  • Maintain and manage product history, accurate forecasts, and promotional demand.
  • Analyze internal demand flow information and categorize according to demand patterns.
  • Align sales/marketing intelligence for each operational unit for use in forecasting systems, working with sales organizations, national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.
  • Qualifications A coordinator/specialist or manager applies advanced knowledge of the field typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
  • Responsibilities may include: Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
  • Training and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
  • Addressing difficult and sometimes complex problems.
