O que você irá fazer

  • ResponsibilitiesManage perimeter: Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Production Planning (PCP), Procurement (PCM).
  • Continuously monitor Supply Chain KPIs to ensure optimal performance across all areas.
  • Manage and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for resource planning and production flow.
  • Monitor Service Level for customers to maintain high service standards and punctual deliveries.
  • Optimize internal and external logistics operations focusing on cost reduction and process efficiency.
  • Coordinate production planning activities with production teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Manage procurement activities to ensure the availability of required materials and maintain supplier control.
  • RequirementsDegree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain management, including logistics, production planning, and procurement.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems for resource planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor KPIs effectively.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage complexity and optimize processes in manufacturing.
  • Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive in proposing innovative operational improvements.
