O que você irá fazer

  • The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination of procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, and distribution while driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with our client''s business objectives, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and delivery performance.
  • Procurement & Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of high-quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to balance demand and supply, minimizing excess stock while ensuring availability of critical components.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Optimize transportation and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery to customers and manufacturing facilities while controlling costs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements using lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Leverage data analytics and ERP systems to forecast demand, monitor KPIs, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability goals while mitigating supply chain risks such as disruptions or delays.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record of leading complex supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.

  • , SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certification such as APICS CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
