O que você irá fazer

  • Check out our available positions! Responsibilities and Duties Ensure all clients in the base are visited and receive proper service; Maintain service standards for all clients, identifying issues and opportunities for relationship improvement; Map market opportunities and threats in each region, providing insights to management, and visiting clients and prospects; Recruit, select, and onboard new representatives; Manage the regional client portfolio: prospect new clients and maintain existing relationships; Implement actions to improve sales campaign performance.
  • Requirements and Qualifications Necessary Higher education in administration, engineering, or related fields; At least 2 years of experience in sales processes, client prospecting, service, and negotiation.
  • Desirable Postgraduate degree or MBA in commercial or marketing fields; Experience in selling motorcycle parts.
  • Necessary Skills Proficiency in MS Office, sales processes, client relationship management, and organization; Active listening, persistence, teamwork, logical reasoning, critical thinking, leadership.
  • Desirable Skills Ambition, engagement, adaptability.
  • Additional Information Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00; Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00.
