O que você irá fazer

  • Salary Range: R$3.
  • 500,00 to R$5.
  • 000,00, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Supervise and coordinate all operational logistics activities, including receiving, storage, sorting, shipping, and transportation of goods.
  • Plan and optimize the flow of materials and products within the warehouse to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, conduct periodic inventories, and propose actions to optimize storage and prevent losses.
  • Develop and implement improvements in logistical processes to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate and oversee transportation processes, ensuring deadlines are met and products' integrity is maintained.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, as well as preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Manage and train the operational team, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety standards, and goals.
  • Prepare operational performance reports, analyze KPIs, and propose continuous improvement plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with other company departments (purchasing, sales, production) and with suppliers and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Resolve operational issues and unforeseen events promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving and expanding the logistics area.
  • Requirements and Qualifications: Degree in administration, logistics, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in supervising logistics operations, including warehouse management, material handling, and inventory control.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Protheus system is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (category B).
