O que você irá fazer

  • With double-digit annual growth, we offer a vibrant and flexible work environment focused on results and innovation Description The Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Strategy in the design and development of the company s strategic plan.
  • The ideal candidate will provide analytical insights, assist in the development of new initiatives, prepare key documentation, and oversee the launch and follow-up of strategic projects.
  • Key Responsibilities   Assist the Director of Strategy in designing and developing the company s strategic plan.
  •    Perform detailed analyses to support decision-making processes.
  •    Collaborate on the development of new strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  •    Create professional and visually compelling presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  •    Coordinate and monitor the launch and execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  •  Qualifications    Education: Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
  •    Experience: 23 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in strategy, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in consulting firms is valued.
  •    Languages: Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
  •    Technical Skills: Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques is highly valued.
  • Skills and Competencies   Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  •    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  •    Excellent attention to detail and ability to conceptualize complex ideas.
  •    Highly proactive with a results-driven approach.
  •    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
